TRAFFIC COURT PROGRAMS

State and county traffic courts have different requirements for online defensive driving training. The National Safety Council has been pre-approved by several state and local court programs. Please select from the following locations and click GO.

If your state or local court is not listed, you may not be eligible to take an online National Safety Council program. Please contact the appropriate agency to obtain their driver eligibility and defensive driving program requirements. If you would like more information about National Safety Council’s state certified classroom courses, go to http://www.nsc.org/training/programs.htm.


NOTE: Many courts may not be listed but DO accept the Internet-based National Safety Council defensive driving program, DDC-Online. If your court location is NOT listed above and you have confirmed your court’s approval, click on “Purchase Course” and proceed with your course registration. Upon completion of the course, a certificate will be mailed to you for submission to the court.
